Coach Mike and his trainings are bar none some of the best I've seen in WNY. My son had 3 other trainers before he & Coach Mike clicked in such a big way! Mike's ability to teach and build Skills and game knowledge is like no other trainer I've seen. My son has had consistent training with Mike for Pitching, and he has exponentially grown in both his Skills & confidence--beyond even his own expectations! With the perspective I have now, I can say that there is no way Coach Mike should ever have open time slots--he's that good. His speciality is connecting with students & earning their trust and building them into complete players and people. [One of my son's friends also has been training routinely with Mike for Hitting & Fielding and has also grown exponentially. This young man has said countless times "I love coach Mike every single time I practice with him my game improves!"]
Mike lets the results of his training encourage Parents to schedule repeat lessons--he rarely talks "business" with me, he asks only about my son's progress in Games! I feel a company that chooses to emphasize kids and their improvement over sales and impressing parents should be rewarded for its strength of character and effectiveness. Coach Mike and Coach Callie have been super accommodating and have helped both of my 9-year-old girls take the next step in their softball journey. Coach Mike is so patient and uses multiple visual aids to help the girls understand what they need to do to improve. The girls love going to training and implementing their new skills into their travel league practices. Top notch program!! "This personal training service is excellent! What I feel is most valuable is that Coach Mike explains the "why" and for my daughter that's what she needs to understand--along with the "how". Also having instant replay for players to view with the videos he takes is huge! Not only to make corrections but to show the player her completing the proper steps and the outcome because of it.
