Cancellation Policy
=We appreciate that sometimes cancellations are necessary. We kindly request a minimum of 48 Hours notice. For any Training Session canceled less than 24 hours from scheduled time is subject to a cancellation fee of $50. A "missed session" with no notice at all, will be assessed a charge of $80. =Payment Terms= PAYMENT IN FULL is required prior to any Training Session and Invoice Due Date. After 2 days, should the payment remain Past Due, a 15% Late Fee is applied to the balance due. Maximum number of Training Sessions that can be booked in advance is three (3). *To pre-reserve four or more sessions, is considered a Package, which requires approval and a $100 non-refundable Deposit.
